Project managers should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. They should also be able to work well in a fast-paced and stressful environment. They should help monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure the project stays on track.

Models are generally expected to be physically fit with a healthy appearance. They are expected to have a minimum weight of 125 lbs and a minimum height of 5'3".  The maximum weight should not be more than 300lbs. These physical expectations are for medical and safety reasons. The forms of modeling include formal, sports wear, and under-wear/ bikini wear.

We are in search of security guards on a more personal level for smaller projects. There are also security positions available with larger companies that I and my sponsors are affiliated with.  TRUST is key in all positions but very important in this particular position so the pay is normally MORE.  (((LEVEL 5 VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION)))

 The duties include: 

• Patrolling: Regularly checking the premises, including land, buildings, equipment, and vehicles.
• Monitoring: Checking surveillance cameras and alarms for disruptions or unlawful activity.
• Controlling access: Authorizing the entry of people and vehicles, and removing trespassers.
• Securing: Making sure all exits, doors, and windows are secure.
• Responding: Investigating and assessing situations when alarms go off.
• Reporting: Submitting reports on hourly surveillance activity and any suspicious actions or occurrences.
• Assisting: Providing assistance to people in need 
• Following procedures: Following procedures for fire prevention, traffic control, accident investigations, and other initiatives.
• Enforcing rules: Ensuring compliance with government regulations and enforcing rules of the property or personnel.

Interviewers will need to submit at least a headshot for this position along with all other information, links, and experience to calculate compensation.  (Experience is not needed but preferred.)  They will need to appear on camera and will need to sign a model release form along with accompanying documentations.  All other specifics will be outlined upon approval.

We are in search of camera operators (no experience needed).  If you do have experience I am prepared to pay more if needed. I have been working behind the scenes as a camera operator on several projects professionally and independently for over 17 years now and I am willing to train you remotely or in person.  

Here are some of the duties of a camera operator: 

• Prepare equipment Choose, assemble, and set up equipment like tripods, monitors, lighting, cables, and headphones.
• Plan shots Consider the visual impact of different shots, and practice camera moves for pre-arranged shots.
• Compose and frame shots Adjust camera controls, change focus, exposure, and lighting, and apply technical aspects of lenses, film, filters, and camera settings.
• Work with others Collaborate with creative staff, production colleagues, lighting and technical staff, and other camera operators and assistants.
• Respond to directions Take direction from the director, and respond to other requests from clients.

We are in search of Human Drivers. Hired Human Drivers are expected to:

• Communicating effectively with management, dispatch, and clients.
• Picking up and dropping off passengers or goods.
• Loading and unloading cargo/luggage.
• Obey traffic laws, practice defensive driving, and follow all safety regulations.
• Follow planned routes provided by managers or clients. 
• Adapt to traffic/construction if needed and ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintaining a presentable and clean vehicle.

We are in search of researchers.  Remote and On-site researchers are expected to perform a variety of  tasks including:

• Investigating, analyzing, and discovering new knowledge in specific fields provided by the project manager. 
• Presenting findings through reports and presentations. 
• Working with other researchers, colleagues, and stakeholders to share knowledge and contribute to the advancement of the field. 
• Continuously learning about new developments and advancements in the field through literature reviews and other means.  
• Identifying potential funding sources and preparing grant proposals to secure financial support for research projects.  
• Ensuring that all research activities adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations.  
• Adaptable to changing research priorities, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Engineers are expected to perform a variety of tasks.    Communicate with management to implement changes and meet goals.   Recognize practices, energy efficiency, and utilities (HVAC, lighting) to cut costs and footprint.  Be aware of safety protocols, ensure compliance with codes, and adhere to emergency preparedness plans.  Examine layouts for facilities, equipment, and workflows, and adhere to technology upgrades.   Adhere to systems and procedures that minimize operational costs and production issues 

We are in search of assistants.  Personal Assistants are expected to perform a variety of  tasks.

• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
• Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
• Help with daily time management
• Run errands as requested
• Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Coordinate events and client engagements
• Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment

IF THE AGREED UPON WAGE FOR THE POSITION(S) THAT YOU ARE APPROVED FOR IS MORE THAN THE VERIFICATION COMPENSATION GIVEN TO YOU, YOU WILL BE PAID THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE FIRST HOUR OF WORK UPFRONT.   IF THERE ARE ANY BONUSES, THEY WILL BE APPLIED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF COMPLETION OF PROJECT FOR ALL POSITIONS. IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO MORE THAN ONE POSITION SIMULTANEOUSLY. BONUSES WILL BE ISSUED PER PROJECT.
