LEGAL

Non-Disclosure Agreements

As stated on the Information page, I am willing to sign a NDA for any service requested of me or any project I am requested to be apart of.   I may also expect individuals to sign NDAs for positions available and projects I assign them to.   Violating a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can lead to legal consequences including lawsuits, financial damages, injunctions to prevent further disclosure, potential termination of employment, and in extreme cases, even criminal charges depending on the nature of the confidential information involved and the jurisdiction; essentially, the breaching party can be held liable for the harm caused by disclosing confidential information.  (Present and Future earnings may be at risk.)

Phone Recording

As of January 2025, the following states require two-party consent for recording a conversation: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington. Countries that require "two-party consent" for recording conversations include: the United Kingdom, Canada, India, Germany, Australia, and Romania.  In these areas, all parties involved in the conversation must either agree to be recorded or be informed that the call is being recorded.  In some states and countries recording nonconsensual communications is a criminal offense that can be charged as a felony.  I travel often and I am in several states and countries randomly. To avoid any legal proceedings, its best to get consent first before telephonic or inperson recording. If you wish to record a phone call you will need to get text or email consent from me before the call takes place.  (((If you choose to break the law and record me without consent, you may be faced with future civil and/or criminal proceedings.)))

Video Call Recording

Sixteen states require two-party consent for video recording: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Utah, and Washington.  Laws change constantly, so you should check your state's current laws before recording. You should also always check with an attorney before recording to make sure it is legal where you live.  (((If you choose to break the law and record me without consent, you may be faced with future civil and/or criminal proceedings.)))

Other Contracts

Certain types of employment contracts will be expected to be signed for individuals  interested in management positions, partnerships, model positions, and a few other positions.  This could include Model release Forms, Short-term Contracts, and a few other types. All contract details will be outlined via email or text before all projects.
